This page will list all catalogs in use and those being planned.
All other Olympic catalogs that have been planned are delayed indefinitely due to the creation of the International Institute for Sport and Olympic History (IISOH).
The bulk of the inventory of Harvey Abrams-BOOKS will be sold to the IISOH and the Institute will have a permanent museum gift shop and book store where Olympic and sports books, posters and memorabilia will be sold to the public.
Catalog 11 -- World's Fairs and Expositions -- is available in part.
Catalog 15, the OLYMPIC AUCTION is delayed indefinitely and will be cancelled when the IISOH takes ownership of the Abrams material. Subscribers who have previously paid will receive a refund of their subscription when the auction is officially cancelled.
Harvey Abrams-BOOKS continues to sell material in the inventory, but through smaller flyers and not the larger catalogs as in the past. You need to be on the mailing list to get these. If you are a new customer, send $10.00 to be added to the mailing list.
Harvey Abrams-BOOKS will continue to exist as an antiquarian, mail-order book dealer after the IISOH moves into its new building in State College, PA. However the nature of the business has not been determined. An option being considered is to open a formal shop in State College, PA. and to expand the subject matter into other topics in addition to sport and the Olympic Games.
During this transition we remain open for business through mail order and web site sales and offers. If you wish to purchase Olympic Games and sports literature as well as Olympic memorabilia, please contact us with your wants so we can make you direct offers.
In addition we actively seek entire collections to liquidate, such as the PHYSICS collection we sold through Catalog 18 during the past 4 years. We accept consignments on quality books and memorabilia, so if you have something to sell, please inquire for details.
