This is an original vintage poster from the 1928 Olympic Games
which were in Amsterdam, Holland (aka The Netherlands).
The 1928 poster is the rarest of all Olympic Games posters to collect.
In French
19.25 x 31.25 inches.
Condition: Good, with the following faults:
Provenance: apparently the same family has owned this poster since the WW II era
Edition of 10,000 printed in several languages
The French language edition was limited to 500 copies
- Wrinkled across the top center
- Small tear at left
- Tape at lower right corner
- Additional pieces of tape on rear of poster
- A small piece of the border is ripped off at lower right edge where the printer's name is printed,
so that the letters between "R" and "M" in HARRLEM are missing [HARxxxM]
This poster is NOT mounted on linen
